Dido/June 7-9, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will make her debut with Heatland Opera Theatre in as Dido in Purcell's Dido and Aeneas.
Mezzo-soprano Soloist/May 23, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will perform as a featured artist as part of Opera Omaha's "Opera to Go" Concert Series. She will sing works by Bizet, Meyerbeer, Rossini, and Bernstein at the Jocelyn Castle with Opera Omaha Director of Music, Josh Quinn at the piano.
Frida Reflection #3/May 3 & 5, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will make her role debut with Opera Omaha as Frida Reflection #3 in Gabriela Lena Frank's exciting new opera.
Mezzo-soprano Soloist/April 7, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will be the mezzo-soprano soloist for Quattro Voci's presentation of an "Evening of Opera." The concert will consist of excerpts from Il Barbiere di Siviglia, La Cenerentola, and Carmen.
Mezzo-soprano Soloist/March 29, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will be the mezzo-soprano soloist for Sounding Light's performance of Bach's St. John Passion.
Mezzo-soprano Soloist/March 10, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will perform as a featured artist as part of Opera Omaha's recital series, "Bagels and Sometimes Bach," which will take place at Gallery 1516.
Chorus/February 16 & 18, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will sing in the alto section with the Opera Omaha chorus in Verdi's La Traviata
Presenter/January 4, 2024
Ms. Shoemaker will present her research on Micro-Opera at the National Opera Association Conference in Phoenix, AZ. She will also perform in Tony Solitro's micro-opera, She's Fabulous, with Krista Lawrence as part of her presentation.
Bradamante/November 30-December 1, 2023
Ms. Shoemaker will sing the role of Bradamante in Handel's Alcina as a guest artist with William Jewell College.

Ms. Shoemaker will sing in the alto section with the Opera Omaha chorus in Donizetti's Don Pasquale

Ms. Shoemaker will sing with the Opera Omaha chorus on the Opera Outdoors Concert featuring numbers from La Traviata, Don Pasquale, Nabucco, Turandot, Les Contes d'Hoffman, and more..
Carmen/August 18 & 20, 2023
Ms. Shoemaker will make her company debut with Lawrence Opera Theatre in the title role of Bizet's Carmen.
Festival Artist/ July 28 & 30, 2023
Ms. Shoemaker will join the Ad Astra Festival Chamber Choir in performances of Beethoven's 9th Symphony with a reimagined libretto celebrating the four seasons.

Ms. Shoemaker will make her debut with the Omaha Symphonic Chorus singing the mezzo-soprano solo in Lena McLin's Cantata Free at Last: a Portrait of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Laffont Competition / January 14, 2023
Ms. Shoemaker will compete in the Nebraska District of the Laffont Competition.
Apprentice Artist / July-August 2022
Ms. Shoemaker will be making her company debut with SOO Opera Theatre. She will be performing in Die Fledermaus, La Boheme, and in an orchestra concert during their summer season.
Featured Soloist, Chorus / August 12, 14, 15 2022
Ms. Shoemaker will be a featured soloist in Act III of Puccini's La Boheme as well as the alto section leader for the chorus.
Featured Soloist / August 11, 2022
Ms. Shoemaker will be a featured soloist in SOO Opera Orchestra Concert, performing selections from Carmen including: Habanera, and Seguidilla. Ms. Shoemaker will also sing the role of Carmen in the famous quintet, Nous avons en tête une faire.

Ms. Shoemaker will sing the role of famously rich, ever-stoic, Prince Orlofsky in SOO Opera Theatre's production of Die Fledermaus by J. Strauss II.
